A new span over the ponds at Riverview Drive has been installed, re-connecting the trail loop at the west end of the grounds.
The ponds were cleared this spring and lined with a clay sealer to help maintain more consistent water levels. Many of the original wetland plants were stored and reinstalled, and several additional plants have been set along the perimeter.

The view from the bridge will allow observation of the turtles, frogs, and plantings as all these entities reestablish residency.
