Mary Reis of GVR Investment Management, 1523 Washington St, Two Rivers, has most generously donated to Van der Brohe Arboretum a gift of appreciated stock.
Gifting stock as a donation allows the donor to provide support without incurring the taxes that would accompany the sale of the equities.
GVR has offered to arrange the transfer of stocks to VDBA’s account without fees being charged to either party, should a donor find that advantageous.
